SHOWS
FOR TEENAGERS

At first, teenagers reject storytelling because they think it’s for children, but once a story captures their attention, that resistance disappears and it becomes an unforgettable experience. These are simple and effective stories from the oral tradition, in which the action advances with each sentence, addressing topics such as things forbidden, conflict, sex, violence, and love.

Young adults abandon the solitude of the screen, rediscover the forgotten pleasure of listening to stories and immerse themselves in the existential and eternal questions of life.

After years of working in secondary schools in disadvantaged neighbourhoods of Madrid, I realised that, for this age group, a good story is worth more than a thousand theories.

TELLING AGAINST THE GRAIN

A show aimed at secondary and higher education schools with a selection of stories that captivate, amuse, awaken, move and, ultimately, enthral young adults: Bluebeard, the legends of King Arthur, stories of the Inuit Indians, tales of initiation and funny stories.
